my spotify wont work

i COULD NOT POST ON HERE BECAUSE I CANNOT GET IN TO MY ACCOUNT FOR SOME REASON SO I HAVE HAD TO OPEN ANTHER ACCOUNT JUST TO POST ABOUT MY ACCOUNT THAT I CANT GET IN TO! my other account is a facebook account email addreaa andrewklark1966@hotmail.com

deactivated my facebook by misstake and reopend it last night now when i try to log in in my pc it says"firewall may be blocking spotifly,plaese allow yourfire wall to allow spotify (error412) additonlly you could try to change the current used proxy settings" this is wrong its my firewall has allowed acces to spotify,and when i try to log in to the website it says "a error has occured processing your login,please try again" and when i try to go on my mobile it say that the password is wrong what the hell im a premuim usser and this is a joke
