profile was hacked pls help

that guy hacked my account.  he changed the email from to batch@live.com and he also changed my password.  I need to be able to reset all this without that ass hole getting a chance to stop me.  

if i cant get this resolved im going to cancel the service and have the credit card company hold payment and take the money back from the date of the account being hacked to now.  

this is absurd that spotify doesnt have any customer service help, that someone can call or chat live with to get this sort of problem solved. , without having to have your identity at risk for three extra days.
