Being back endlessly skips for free users.

None of us have any issues paying for Offline Listening or Ads-Free Listening, but do we really have to pay just to skip songs? I personally use Premium when possible, but I don’t want to support a company that forces its users to listen to whatever Spotify decides is good. That makes the app absolutely worthless, and I would rather struggle to use YouTube at that point. So in conclusion: Please dont charge us money just to skip. We will gladly pay for other features, but not being able to skip is inhumane, and goes against my ears’ rights.

We’re closing this idea since it doesn’t meet one of our Idea Exchange guidelines, namely point 7: “No pricing, subscription or content related requests”.

This is already a feature in Spotify Premium. We'll be closing this idea, as it would require changing a subscription tier and we cannot influence those as per our guidelines.
