Show which playlist a song is already in

When right-clicking a song, there is the option to chose a playlist to add it to. It would be nice if there were check marks or something to indicate which playlist(s) the song is already in.

You should be able to shuffle ALL of your music, from all your playlists

I think we should be able to shuffle through all songs in all playlists/liked songs. I used to love doing this with iTunes, it would be a really random mix and I'd do lots of skipping but I would hear lots of songs I hadn't heard in a very long time....

Give the people on the web chat access to the complaint emails

Whenever you try to contact someone by the web chat they have no idea about the history of your complaint and if your emails are being ignored you end up having to repeat yourself.
