A Spotify-curated playlist does not appear on the artist's page.

Recently Spotify shared a tweet with a Spotify curated playlist for the artist called j-hope: https://twitter.com/SpotifyKpop/status/1548517854273630214?s=20&t=CaCb672uQpOZruqc-zRTXw

However, the list does not appear on his profile, so new listeners do not have the chance to listen to a sample of his music, curated by Spotify.

Who decides whether that list is on the artist's profile or not? Is this a mistake?

The same issue can be seen on RM's profile on Spotify, where his list (https://open.spotify.com/playlist/37i9dQZF1DZ06evO1es043?si=0e35f50ed6404887) doesn't appear either.

The information displayed on an artists profile is managed and updated by the artist or the right holders. This also applies for the playlists displayed on the artist's profile.

As the tweet was recently posted, it's possible that the artist or right holders haven't updated that information yet, but it could be added at any time. However, you can always hit the like button (♥) to have the playlists saved in your library to play it anytime you want.
