A unknown person's play list automatically played after mine. Where and how did this list get on there

Any time you feel there's something suspicious happening with your account, I recommend logging out everywhere and changing your passwords. Just follow the steps lined out in this article!

I also recommend ensuring your email account is also secure - enabling 2FA would be ideal, but having a strong unique password is a must.

Also, take a look at the list of approved Apps on your Spotify account. Remove those you don't recognise or need. Sometimes some third party apps can go rogue.
