Album mismatch?

Not sure if this is the right place for this (I did not find a place to report this), but I stumbled across a "new" album from one of the artists I listen to often, and I noticed that it totally didn't match the artists usual style. So, with some digging I found out its a completely different band with the same name.

I'm talking about this album above. By the artist Moods. So the "real" Moods which I listen to is from the Netherlands. (this is his Facebook page) And the album which appeared on his Spotify page, is from a band from Uruguay... Check out their website here. Is there any way to forward this to Spotify? Not for my sake but for both artists sake...
