Android 11 offline music suddenly unavailable

My Question or Issue

I've been using Spotify Premium for years, downloading some of my playlists for offline use in my car. (BT streaming)

Within the required 30 days I re-verify the account by going online, getting music updates and go offline again.

Recently I can't use the music offline anymore.

To summarize the steps:

- I go online, and offline. Music is ready and working.

- For 2-5 days it keeps on working offline.

- Then suddenly is stops. At random, like 90% of the offline music is greyed out. Across all offline playlists, all at once.

- Going online offline quick, fixes it for another few days.

I'm baffled at this, I can't get it to work again like it was. Max 30 days offline music.

Also very strange that only 90% of the music is unavailable, the other 10% is working onside the same playlist.

What I've tried so far:

- Removing all downloaded music, redownloading it.

- Removed all offline playlists, except for 1. Still the problem keep returning.

- Clear data in the Spotify app, re-entering my account and download 1 playlist.

- Uninstalled the app and re-installed it

I can't think of any action more to do. 

To give an example: I went offline on friday, music worked offline on tuesday morning (going to the office) and music weas unavailable on the return trip home that afternoon. See the attachment.

I've been searching the forums, but can't find an exact match to my problem. Hopefully someone here knows what I can do (without staying online of course).
