Artist Name wrong

Spotify have an Artist "The Andy Paxon Band" (spotify:artist:1q8rQeDzM5cv182uClWp6h) - this should read "The Andy Poxon Band".   Andy also has another artist link (https://open.spotify.com/artist/0y4eVzSs7yHuMwvr2QF9WU) - they should be linked.

Andy Poxon and I are 6th cousins 2 times removed.  How can I get the Artist Name changed?  How can I request a link between "The Andy Paxon Band" and "Andy Poxon"?
