Audiobooks on Spotify - let's build a list of what's available

Since there is no easy way to search for audiobooks on Spotify, I thought it might be useful to build a list here to help each other. I know there are scraps off-forum but it seems more useful to have this information in the community.

Here's my starter for 10.

German listener should check out this facebook-page. They are posting updates regularly for every genre/listener.

Edit, 14.Oct '14: In the latest version of the desktop client, Spotify is promoting audiobooks (at least for german users, don't know how it is in other countries). They openend an official account called "Hörbücher" with playlists full of audibooks ordered by genre as well as weekly recommendations. Fans of audiobooks should definitely check it out!

there needs to be an easier way to find them, maybe as a genre as i would have never thought to search for them

And a lot of short Noddy stories of you search Enid Blyton.

Many more if you search "story read by"
But not that helpful for adult books 😕

They had many of the Harry Potter audiobooks on Spotify just a couple of months ago! But I imagine they were removed.

There is an app called sbooks which lists all audio books on Spotify, sorted by different sections. It also includes a link to the audio book on Spotify. I don't know if it also works with English audio books, I use it in German. But it's worth a try!

Question: Is there no english playlist/category for audiobooks?

There is a German playlist called Hörbücher  containing german audio books by genre etc - doesn't this exist for english?

If you CTRL+F and type in Spotify there's quite a lot. Among the best i found was Orwells Animal Farm.
