Are there albums available in some countries but not in other? For example, there are some Nightwish albums that I can’t find here in Colombia, but it seems like they are available somewhere else.

The availability of music on Spotify is up to the artist and their music label.

Sometimes the music is only available in certain countries, while access is blocked to others. Sometimes the album or song will be unavailable temporary, and come back again later. Restrictions are set by the artist and their record label.
