Beyoncé’s “Cowboy Carter” suddenly unavailable on Spotify in Germany

Hi,

I'm based in Germany and noticed that Beyoncé’s Cowboy Carter album is now showing as unavailable on Spotify. I’ve listened to it before without any issues, but when I try to open the album now, it just says it's unavailable.

The album still appears in search results and in my library, but I can't play any of the tracks. It doesn't seem to be removed entirely, just inaccessible.

Is this a regional licensing issue or a bug?

Would really appreciate any info or clarification.
