Billboard Hot 100 out of date/inaccurate

anyone else have this problem?  My Spotify "Billboard Hot 100" playlist is totally inaccurate: 

Hopefully you can see that screenshot.  The actuall Billboard list looks like this:

So do I need to refresh or something?

It seems that the Billboard playlist was last updated 12 days ago, which was before the new Taylor Swift album was released.
It's up to the playlist owner to update this playlist; Spotify is not the owner of that.
For time being, you can check out Global Top 50, which is a Spotify playlist featuring daily top songs:
