Can I report an artist for fake listeners?

I noticed an artist has around 1000 subscribers on every social media platform, but they somehow have 10,000 listeners. I noticed the listener count declining almost immediately as well. They went from 10,070 to 9,600 in roughly 2 hours. Is there anything Spotify can do to fix this?
