Can't Upgrade to Premium??

I've continually tried to update my monthly subscription, but every time it ends in a pop up saying that something went wrong in my purchase and that I need to try again. All my payment info is correct and I'm lost as to why this keeps happening. Does anyone else have this issue? I apologize for the lack of detail, but that's all I can really know concerning this.

If you submit the contact form instead of the Twitter or Facebook Message, make sure to check your inbox and junk folder for an email from Spotify.
