Do offline listens count on the Billboard charts

So Billboard counts streams on its charts. So if I were to add "No problem" by chance the rapper to offline, and listen to it 10 times, would those listens be counted as streams on the Billboard chart?

Hey @cfarrell1898,

Only Spotify employees could answer that question, for sure, but I'd say they do count those listens.

What I do know for a fact is that if you listen to a track from an imported mp3 it does NOT count, so as long as the track comes from Spotify's servers it should count as a stream played.
