Error with publishing an episode: riverside recording, help?

After recording with riverside app, I published the episode (audio only) on Spotify (for podcasters) In the correct format, but it has refused to schedule or publish instantly. There is a support article from the support team at riverside, but I see anchor merged with Spotify. That means there shouldn't be an issue with publishing. Help?
