Feature Request - Include Artists' "Where From"/"Origin" in Bios

Hey there,

I'd like to suggest a small but impactful feature addition:

• Current Feature: "Now Playing" gives rich insights into the artist's music.

• The Gap: It doesn't include the artist's country of origin.

• Why It Matters:

  • Artist origins enrich cultural context and personal connection.

  • Fans often seek this info for various reasons, not just tour locations.

  • Case Example: Found an artist with global streams but had to search elsewhere to learn they're from The Netherlands (screenshots attached).

• Suggestion: Add a section for the artist's country of origin in their Spotify bio.

• The Benefit:

  • Saves fans time and deepens our appreciation of the music.
  • Supports a more global understanding of music.

Good idea! You should post it in the Idea Submissions forum and it may be considered for future versions of the app.
