Seems one of those copyright permissions, it just happened in the beginning of 2017, so it's a license issue almost for sure.

(SIGH). Back to thepiratebay. I thought that paying for music would allow me to listen what I wanted without having to rely on other "sources", but it seems not 😞

Same here. Real shame that Spotify cannot even cover classic albums. I totally recommend switching over to Google Play Music where you can upload your own catalog as well. That is basically the only way to make sure that you will always have access to your favorite tracks.

If I pay 10€/month the least I expect is to have access to the last albums of the main artists...
i hope they release the album again, otherwise I'll find an alternative music source

I just did a look up of this release by Arcade Fire - Funeral, seems there are three different releases available to these listening regions on the Spotify service currently: AR BO BR CA CL CO CR DO EC GT HN MX NI PA PE PY SV US UY, BR, and a release version for AU NZ. Currently the release is not available to these listening regions at the moment on the Spotify service: AD AT BE BG CY CZ DK EE FI FR DE GR HK HU IS IE IT LV LI LT LU MY MT MC NL NO PH PL PT RO ES SG SK SI SE CH TW TR GB.

Spotify wants all the world's music, and they're working hard on making this happen for you. However sometimes agreements can’t be reached with the artist or label or a change may happen in music ownership.
