How do I report a trademark violation when I don't own the trademark?

How do I report a trademark violation when I don't own the trademark?

I was recommended two albums recently that copy the exact names of two bands I listen to. Both albums were filled with soft ambient music with AI generated album art and have nothing to do with the bands they copied their names from. When reporting a trademark claim through Spotify, it required that you are the owner or representative of the owner of the music. However, I think that this should still be report but don't want to imitate the actual copyright owners. This kind of thing shouldn't be allowed, and Spotify should be notified that it is supporting trademark violations. Is there a way to do this without claiming the intellectual property as my own?

Hey @unrulyraven

You can try letting the affected artists know through their social media or websites. They would have the best options on how to handle the situation.

Hope this helps, have a lovely day!

On popular accounts such as "madvillain", "dangerdoom" and "king geedorah", all of which are aliases for popular artist "MFDOOM", seemingly a.i. generated "phonk" music is being uploaded. These songs are very clearly not being uploaded by the owner of these account but instead by some sort of hacker. Please resolve these issues.
