How do I switch my account from Italy to US?

I made my account in Italy but I'm now in the US and keep getting reccomended Italian playlists such as Top 100: Italy and others, how do I fix this?

If you go onto open.spotify.com and click on your profile picture, there should be a view account option which takes you to spotify.com and onto 'account overview'. Here you should see a subheading of Profile, underneath which it says "Country". Click the edit button and change that to US.
