How do you report a podcast playing out of order?

How do you report a podcast playing out of order?

A podcast, Cousins by Blood, is playing out of order.  I believe its because the dates on the episodes seem backawards. Ive seen similar problems with other podcasts. Is there any way to report this or is it just another example of a large company taking money and not caring about user experience?

Hello, I'm sorry for the inconvenience with the Cousins by Blood podcast. I understand that this can be frustrating and compromise your user experience. There may be a possibility that the episode dates were updated erroneously, causing the podcast to play out of order.

I suggest that you contact Spotify's support team to report this problem and request a solution. It may be necessary for them to review the date and time settings to ensure that the episodes are being played in the correct order. It's also possible that the podcast author made an error during publication.

Regarding your concern about the quality of Spotify's service, I understand that this can be frustrating, but I believe that Spotify's team is always looking for ways to improve the quality of the service they provide. This is likely one of the reasons why Spotify is the largest and most listened-to music platform in the world.

Once again, I apologize for the inconvenience and I hope that the situation will be resolved soon.

A big hug and a great week!

Thanks Geo. The link you gave me was the Brazilian customer support but I went and found the US one. I didnt want to use the customer support as I think they wont really pass it along to someone. I figured Id give it a shot so I spent about 30 minutes between waiting for a rep and explaining the problem to them because they of course assumed I was having some kind of tech problem, nit that theres a problem in their library which was also why I didnt want to go that route. My issue is they should have some kind of dedicated email address or form for submitting library problems. The fact that they dont and that I see tons of library issues tells me they dont want to spend any energy (or money really) because they dont care to or arrogantly think there arent library issues. Like its either a known issue and they dont care or its an unknown issue because they dont care. I thank you again for caring though.
