How to report an artist for uploading work that isn't theirs?

How to report an artist for uploading work that isn't theirs?

Recently, someone uploaded four albums by the artist "Deporitaz" to Spotify. They were not uploaded by the original creator (Neil Cicierega) - they were uploaded by a fan without permission. However, Deporitaz is a verified artist now, despite the fact that it is not the actual artist's account. Whoever uploaded these songs is profiting off of Neil's work. I tried to report the account, but I can't find a way to report them for impersonation. there's a button for "deceptive content," but it doesn't seem like it'll do much. Is there another way to report an account besides just clicking "report" on the account?

Also, how come an impersonator was able to become verified? This isn't even the first time it's happened to Neil Cicierega specifically - another impersonator account using the name "Grapes and Sunshine" also received verification. It was recently taken down, but it was up for several months before that.

here's the Deporitaz account: https://open.spotify.com/artist/4DY5nCLYNldasDLbmDaahz?si=pWtVa-VdQwaEmAcOryB1Ig

There's a possibility that the artist [Deporitaz] purchased a license allowing him to use the song.
