How to request/inform there is the same track and streams not combined

Is there any way to request for combining the streams, for example, the song mentioned below - this is the same song but streams are counted separately:

Unfortunately these tracks aren't possible to be linked due to the timings as the original is 5:06 & the newer one is 3:40 therefore Spotify wouldn't be able to do this as the tracks would need to be exactly identical at the time of upload.
