How to set crossfading on desktop app?

Hey guys, I am looking into 2 features. First with Spotify playing on my desktop pc, how do I set the tunes to crossfade please? I found this article on the net in my searches:

but in my account there are only 2 options showing in the drop down arrow "Account and Log Out", I am not seeing a SETTINGS tab or option anywhere?

Also does Spotify have a "set as next track" option? I am seeing "Add to Queue" but it doesn't;t seem to be working accurately.

Got it done with Spotify support, had to reinstall Spotify.
