I added an album for my band and it was assigned to another band

Hello!

I added an album that belongs to my band, once it came to Spotify it was assigned to a wrong artist with the same name, Aceldama.

How I can separate this album from that band and assign to my band (which dont have a profile yet but it needs its own profile)? My band name is Aceldama, from Costa Rica.

To get this sorted go here and follow the steps and provide the necessary links. Within a few days it should be sorted.

A similar thing had happened to me last year too. My solution was to contact artistsupport@spotify.com directly and describe my problem. After several days and a couple of emails, everything was sorted out and my releases correctly appeared on my artist page.

So, don't hesitate to talk to Spotify guys, they are very helpful! 🙂
