Ian Dury and the Blockheads

I am amazed and disappointed that one of the greatest albums of all time, "New Boots and Panties" by Ian Dury and the Blockheads is not available on Spotify. (at least in the UK) Please could a mod or someone in the know explain how this can be true!

This can happen if licensing agreements with the artist/labels, or ownership of rights, has changed. Availability can vary between countries as well.

Unfortunately, this is something that Spotify doesn't have control over as it is up to the individual music companies and artists. 

Hopefully the album you're looking for will reappear soon!
