Hello, so I tried to get ahold of spotify but of corse they don't believe in customer service so Question, for some reason I keep having money pulled from a card I no longer have linked to my spotify account and has infact been deleted for months.... how and isnt that kinda illigal since I had personally deleted it and added a new payment method? I found i odd i wasnt seeing it pop up on .y bank statements and had to go through my accounts and see what was up. It let's me add a card but how do I know it will charge the right account?

I'll try to help you out. It's possible that you're being charged for Premium in a secondary Spotify account created accidentally. Can you try logging into Spotify using a different email address or Facebook/Google credentials?

You should then be able to check if there is an active Premium subscription here. If you're not able to locate which account is being charged, you can reach out to Spotify's Customer Support.
