Mambo Caliente with Arturo Sandoval

I'm in Los Angeles, CA and can't play Mambo Caliente with Arturo Sandoval from The Mambo Kings Movie Soundtrack. I'm assuming it's due to some kind of region restriction? Does anyone know why that is? Or better yet, where I can find that track and add it to my playlist?

You are right  that sometimes the content could be restricted in certain regions. This can happen due to various reasons like licensing deals, for instance. However, if you have the local file of the song you can use it with your regular playllists and play it in the Spotify app using the local files feature.
