Miami Vice OST available in web player but not on mobile or desktop ?

can someone explains me why some album (here Miami Vice OST) is available in web spotify player (if I type in google Miami Vice original soundtrack spotify) but not on the mobile or desktop version ?

PS : Some track are not available too in the web player, I guess it is related to copyright stuff ...
