My account sees less songs in the same (official/public) playlist compared to other accounts

My Question or Issue

TLDR: The Tracks from the "Remix Hits" Playlist by spotify when I view it with my account signed in differ from the tracks that other people see - Why? How can I change this? 

This is a very weird issue that took me a long time to finally track down to. I really like spotify's "Remix Hits" Playlist and use it at private parties aswell just to listen to by myself. After not hearing it for some months because i got tired hearing the same songs all over most of the time, I switched it on again for a little party last week and was very pleasently surprised that a bunch of new songs have seemingly been added to the playlist - great!

Some I specifically remeber where "Runaway (U&I) - Qunito Remox" which i looked up in the "Recently played" list on the pc that was used at the party (with a friends account) and although I was sure that there was head to be some Galantis Track in there, i couldn't find it when search the Playlist in "my" Spotify. And as another bummer, the Tracks where pretty much the same they had been for half a year. I didn't further investigate this issue due to time limitations.

Just today I encountered the same phenomenon again: I let the playlist play with another account on the tv, just to realize that the songs from the party where there too - they're just missing when I open the playlist in my account:

To check this, I opened the aforementioned playlist in the browser windows (see attachment):

Left: My Account, signed in

Right: Public, not signed in

Seemingly, in my account, some songs are missing when i view the same Playlist, for example:

- "On My Way" - Datweekaz Remix

- "Titanium" by David Guetta / future core remix

- "Monster" - Robin Schulz Remix

- "Runway (U&I) - Quinto Remix"

These are just some examples that I observed randomly after listening to the playlist for half an our.

Whats going on there? Can somebody from the spotify team please help? This is a very weird issue.

Thanks for reaching out about this here in the Community.

We can confirm that this is expected, since editorial playlists made by Spotify, such as the one you mentioned can vary as they're personalized to each account preferences and taste. That's why there might be a few different songs depending on the account seeing the playlist. Also, take into account that these editorial playlists don't have an exact timeframe for when they're updated, as this also vary.
