My Question or Issue

No song is appearing in any album, searchbar, playlist. This is specifically only in my phone, on my Laptop and iPad it works fine. I reinstalled multiple times (like... a solid 10 tbh), I confirmed that my account country is where I'm at right now (Indonesia!). I tried spotify Lite and it didn't work either, it just didn't load my playlists. Only playlists an albums show up.. with no songs in them.

This type of issue is commonly related to a discrepancy between the country registered in your account and the one you're currently located in. So first, we'd recommend updating the country of your account by following the steps mentioned in this article. 

If the issue persists, we'd also recommend performing a clean reinstall of the app by following the steps in this article. This step is frequently ignored, yet it offers more depth than a regular one and can assist in eliminating any cache that may be creating issues.
