Not all songs in playlists show on all devices

I recently created a new playlist on my laptop.  Half the songs won't show up on my work computer but show up on my laptop and phone.  Why would the songs be unavailable on one device but available on others?

Work computer means your personal one or one asigned to you by your workplace ?

If all your playlists are synced on your personal devices and blocked at work there's might something inside the system that blocks or restricts files.
