One of my playlist it has been made private by Spotify and I don't know why

I explained this problem three times in the "Contact us" chat, and the three times the conversation ended without give me an answer. Today I received an email from "**bleep**" saying "Spotify removed the ability for one of my playlists to be available publicly" (it was my artist playlist). I don't know the reason. I referred back to that email asking why, and the answer I got was: "we're unable to read queries sent to this inbox". I would like my playlist to be public again, what can I do? Do I need to change the photo? Do I need to change the description? Please, I would like an answer.

Thanks for posting in the Community and for the info shared.

 

In this case, we'd suggest double-checking your email so you can verify if perhaps you received a message regarding the behavior described.

 

Meanwhile, we'd recommend you create a copy of said playlist by going to the three-dot menu> Add to other playlist> Create new playlist.
