PLEASE allow artist playlists....PLEASE

The fact that we cannot make playlists as artists makes no sense in any way. The ONLY reason I made the playlist on my user account was because I couldn't make one on my artist account and then they told me "oh well feature it on your artist page everything is fine!!"" but it's not. It says the playlist with authored by my user profile which has no following compared to my artist account and I want people to be able to click the author and go to my artist account, not my ridiculous user account. I have spent so much time and money getting my playlist up in following and to not be able to have people easily get to my actual account is horrible. Please allow me to switch the author of my playlist to my artist account
