Pearl Jam's Backspacer still mostly unavailable

So about 2 weeks ago someone adressed this issue but the album is still missing on both pc and android. Backspacer is one of my favorite PJ records so i hope this will be fixed soon. (I'm in Belgium btw, dont know if that matters)

Same issue in France, Can you explain why some tracks are not available? 

Can an artist give a green light for an album, but not for specific tracks?

Still missing on Spotify for iOS here in UK. Got a half arsed reply from Spotify support, that does not address this issue. Makes me not want to pay for premium

So Backspacer is still missing for me, pearl jam(2006 album) also went missing a few weeks back, but has since reappeared.

It just doesnt make any sense for pearl jam to delete a select few songs off the platform.

Since Spotify support has but completely useless up until now, i'm gonna try and contact the pearl jam people directly. I'll let let you guys know if i hear something.

Spotify wants all the world's music, and they're working hard on making this happen for you. However sometimes agreements can't be reached with the artist or label or a change may happen in music ownership. Sometimes the music is only available in certain countries, while access is blocked to others. Sometimes the album or song will be unavailable temporary, and come back again later.
