My Question or Issue

I have noticed that playlists made by spotify often have an secondary image wich is displayed inside the playlist sort of like a banner (View my attachment). So my question is if this feature is also available for end users (And if so how to acces it) or if it will be added in the forseeable future. Thanks in advance
