Please stop resetting the "date added" of each song in a playlist every week

I've noticed that for many Spotify-created playlists, the "Date Added" of every song on the playlist gets reset every time new songs are added, so songs that were added a month ago will be listed as added three days ago, or whenever the last reset was. This is really annoying because it means each week I have to comb through the entire playlist again to find the new songs, I can't simply reorder it from most recent to oldest. This change was recently made to one of my favourite playlists, Fresh Finds: Pop, and I am pretty saddened as this was a playlist dedicated to new music, but I feel like this change actually discourages people from finding new artists because of how tedious it is to go through 150 tracks to find the new ones.

Hey @Macewindu420, thanks for reaching out to the Community!

When it comes to Spotify-created playlists, like this one, Spotify manages it and is in charge of adding, or removing tracks from the playlists they create - which is why you see the date added fluctuate and change.

I do understand your concern about this, and I'd recommend creating a new Idea about this here, and I thank you for sharing your feedback about this.

I'll be here if you need anything else!
