Premium Family not working offline

I have set up Premium Family, but my wife can't play any of her playlists offline after she's downloaded them. Can anyone help?

Each account will get 3 devices for offline use.

So let's say you, your wife and daugter have the family acocunt.

Your account = 3 offline devices

Your daughter's account = 3 offline devices

Your wife's account = 3 offline devices

You can login to as many devices you want, but only 3 of those devices will be able to have music downloaded for offline use.
