Premium user can listen all song ?

Hi, 

My spotify account is register under malaysia. when i sign up premium, i know some singler's song is no available in spotify like taylor swift. However, today i open Desktop Spotify , i just reliazed that a lot of song is show not available. Spotify will remove those song or spotify loss those song licience?

additional , i also add "台湾taiwan pop" playlist. last time i can listen all song and didnt pop up "This track is currently not available in malaysia." Spotify still has its limitation for premium account ?
