[Question] Why is some music in artist's album is unavailable to listen anymore?

[Question] Why is some music in artist's album is unavailable to listen anymore?

Hi, guess.
I'm TNF, as a Spotify Premium user, I sometimes wonder what happened to the gray-ed music on Spotify. For example, I just heard "Like Him (feat. Lola Young)" by Tyler, The Creator and in the next second, it just unavailable.

Can someone please explain this for me please?

thanks!

Hello @tnf!

Thanks for coming to the Spotify Community. I'll try to help you clear things up.

Rest assured Spotify works hard to have all the world's music available for everyone. However, some tracks and artists aren't in the app yet. This can be due to a variety of reasons, you can learn more about it here.

Hope this helps!

I'm also a Premium Spotify user, and I'm also no longer seeing certain artists. For example, "Kiwi Kommando" or "Proto NDS."
Is this censorship?

Hi, Jose_M!

First of all, thank you very much for replying to my question.
The way you said it, I think this is unreasonable and I think it might be a Spotify bug. For example, I can still add music to my quene, I can open it directly in Popular but I can't play it in Album. Proof \/.
Do you have any other explanation?
Thanks.

Hi, rold1234!

First of all, thank you very much for replying to my question.

But, I don't think it's cencorship. Maybe it's because the Spotify problem or some territory.

Thanks.

Hello @tnf!

Thanks for your reply. I see, since you're able to play the song from other places (just not directly from the album), it's possible that this isn't related to the content not being available in your area. It does seem like a bug, as you mentioned.

Let's try a few steps to try to figure out what's going on and hopefully fix this. Can you let me know which device (or devices) this is happening on? It would be helpful if you could check if this also happens from other devices or just one. I'd also recommend you try having a clean reinstall of the app. This can help solve most common issues.

Let me know how this goes and have a nice day!
