[Release Radar][Issue/Suggestion] Spotify doesn't take my choices into account

Hello,

I would like to adress issues I'm having with Spotify for a while now  ...

Release Radar is a playlist I tend to listen to every Friday, to have the latest titles of artists I'm following on Spotify (like it should be, right ?)

So, basically  :

- I can like/dislike songs, that's perfectly fine and working and I believe that Spotify is taking my songs dislikes into account as I don't seem to be shown the same songs the next Friday, so that's working as intended.

- I can dislike artists. On this part though 2 things aren't working as I think it should be :

    - Why am I being shown artists I'm not even following in this playlist ? I believe that the playlist in which I should be able to discover new artists is everywhere else except Release Radar !?!? I've been checking up manually on artists I was following and instead of showing me 1 new title of an EP or an album of an artist I'm following, why not show more ? Like ... I don't know : 3 ? I'd rather have more titles from the same artists I'm following than just having randomly chosen artists being put in the playlist ...
    - Even if I click on "dislike the artist" I know that next Friday the same artists will be shown to me : what is the point of this choice if Spotify's algorithm doesn't take the choice into account  ? And I'm not saying this right now because it has just started acting this way, it's been like this for a few years now ...

I don't know if this has already been adressed, I tryied searching for it and I couldn't find anything close to my issue.

Unfortunately, I'm not following any of the artists that are in the release
radar playlist and I don't want to create a new account.
I'll guess I'll just have to deal with it.
