Hi,
I used to have between 100-200 tracks every friday on release radar, this week I only got 30.
It seems it's the 'default' number when you don't follow lots of artists (which is not my case, I follow almost 2000 artists)
How can I get back to getting all the new releases ?
Thank you !
Solved! Go to Solution.
If you copy the track ID section of the EveryNoise results, you can Ctrl-V / Cmd-V the entire list into a new playlist and it will add the tracks (on the desktop app, at least).
Any updates on solutions? I'm trying to talk to an agent right now but we aren't really getting anywhere. I too have been GLUED to my Release Radar every Friday and had a bunch of new tracks each week (100+), but now it's only 30 and has been that way the last 2 weeks for me. I go on the web player and that still doesn't work.
Thanks for the tip. You just saved Spotify for me.
I'm having the same issue. I follow a TON of artists and the release radar is really vital to helping me keep up with all my new music. This song number limit really hurts my user experience with Spotify. Spotify, please rectify this!
Just tried to chat with Spotify. They will do nothing about the new change. Sorry there's nothing we can do. So I terminated my subscription after 8 plus years and the gf did too.

Complained on Reddit about the same issue. I relied heavily on a large and up to date list to stay on top of new releases. I follow thousands of artists. This playlist is a major highlight of my week. I really hope this isn't an intentional and permanent change.
This is my biggest fear coming to life, Release Radar being nerfed.
Have also had 2 weeks in a row of 30 track radars with a completely different vibe to normal, like it's forgotten who I am.
Imo Spotify has 2 features making it worth the money, Discover Weekly & Release Radar. Surely they cannot be ruining one of them like this.
Chatting to support doesn't help, just copy paste answers and hand waving (are these actually real people or just AI?).
Spotify - PLEASE make the Release Radar work again as we all know and have loved it for years 🙏
The Crabhands app seems like a nice workaround in this situation, so I'm sticking with Spotify for now. That's only because I have 3500 artists followed on Spotify and this would take a lot of effort to catch up on Tidal. I recommend Crabhands to anyone affected by this Spotify "genius" decision. It even creates a Spotify playlist on your profile and constantly updates it with the newest releases from artists you follow on Spotify.
Thanks for the tip!
Guys, meanwhile you can use something called "Spotify Release List". Just search for it and thank me later...
what did you do to get it back??
Wow, how has no one mentioned this! You are a legend, whoever made this has absolutely nailed it.
Thank you 🙏🫡
"failed to fetch"
Agreed. It's really annoying that I cannot see a list of weekly releases from the artists I follow.
Same issue. I noticed it for the past month I only have 30 songs for both my release radar and discover weekly. I'm used to 200 songs for Release Radar and 50-100 for my Discover Weekly. This is annoying as I can't see releases from artists I care about and follow. What's the point of following them if my library is not updated frequently and accurately? Just for reference I follow over 6.5k artists.
Urm. Back to 200 tracks today. It was 30 on Friday. Is Spotify listening to us, or is it buggy, or....
I just checked since seeing this reply. Mine is back too (200 songs in Release Radar) but my discover weekly is still the same
