Remove Censored Songs

I add music to Spotify and then when I am enjoying the music it cuts out where words like "pot" or "Compton" are supposed to be. How can I disable this and only listen to uncensored songs?

Still no update is wild, at least give us the option to block an album/ song regardless of a feature for censored songs..

Please update this. Censored songs completely ruin playlists. I want to NEVER hear a censored song.
