Remove Joe Rogan podcast as suggestion

How do I remove Joe Rogan as a suggested podcast? Or other "shows to try"? And I would like an actual answer, not the canned "we're always adding new features for you to try" BS answers that plague the help section. If you're trying to force us to see/view that program, just tell us that. Don't pretend it's a feature. It isn't.

i don’t listen to this podcast yet it appears everywhere across my Spotify app. I have no interest in his podcast and spreading of right wing conspiracies and misinformation. Can you tell me how to hide his content I can’t find the option anywhere

Hey, I cancelled Spotify today after 13 straight years of subscribing. I opened an account at Deezer and imported all my playlists. I didn't want my subscription money going to Joe Rogan.

Hey, Spotify, why have you not solved this issue yet? I find joe rogan to be offensive and a bad person. I am constantly fed with his show on my podcast. List, this is a real problem and you refuse to address the issue. You are going to lose my subscription and I would imagine you will lose a great number more. His actions during the previous election have made him a complete pariah. And I do not wish to involve him in my podcast. Feed, quit screwing around and solve this problem like we all know you can and stop lying to your clients about your desire to be of help.  Stop showing joe rogan or give me the option to turn that **bleep**er off

Yeah, I was starting a long drive and had podcasts already downloaded for the trip.  Instead of starting the already downloaded GameFace that I had on the UI from the previous run, it immediately jumped to Joe Rogan.  I had to park and turn it  off. So now I have that cursed show even more in my face because it's on my watch list now.

If Spotify is going to literally force me to listen to Joe Rogan, I will start looking for alternatives to this app.  I just want to be able to listen to my comfy podcasts and not be assaulted with people who attack my very right to exist.

Any news on the ability to block the n@zis on your platform yet? I understand you would like to shovel their hate down everyone's throats so you can make more $$$, but some sort of opt-out would be great.

Yeah im gonna start looking else where for music apps. I just wanted to contribute to this board and this website is a circle of **bleep** im sure of it. It's so un-user friendly. Also the app and not being able to block content is a massive red flag of laziness and profit over quality. I can't stand that roided out Ballon of flesh. Plus Rogan auto played while I was on the road and I almost crashed trying to turn it off. ALWAYS BE WEARY OF APPS THAT DONT LET YOU DENY CONTENT!!!!

My podcasts have been switching automatically, unbidden, and literally in the middle of a sentence, to Joe Rogan. I have never sought out his pod before. I wrote to spotify and they responded that I should update my app, or maybe my phone was to blame? Uhhh no. It has happened 5 times now and I'm over it.

I downloaded Deezer and Tidal to try them out for a month and I will be canceling my spotify account once I pick one (leaning towards Deezer). They both pay artists more than double what spotify pays, have better sound quality, and comparable music catalogs. I'll get my podcasts from podcast addict or pocket cast, where they won't force JRE on me.

I dont listen to podcasts at all really and I was very irritated when JR showed up on top of everything I listen to. It's been gone for awhile now but Spotify continues to push content I dont want and if you find a new band or music to try out and decide you dont like it to bad because Spotify will blast your playlists with it and you just cant tell it otherwise. I want more control over my Spotify content and I want them to stop spamming me with signing up for DUO. I live alone and I have no reason to want it.

I'm going to check out Deezer and Tidal and possibly move over to them if I like their interface. I wonder if their random play is better then Spotify's Random that just plays the same random list... booooooooooooooooring.
