Restricted Songs

Premium account from the Philippines here. I wanna listen to Japan restricted songs while I'm in Japan and was wondering if there's any way I can do that without changing my account country to Japan. 

I was told to use a VPN and connect to Japanese servers but that doesn't make too much sense to me since I am already in Japan.
