[Running] Spotify Running should be available in offline mode

So the running feature that adjusts tempo to speed...is this available now on the app? Does it automatically begin "listening" or responding if I am using the app while running? How do I get started with it, or is this a feature I need to purchase within?

It's a great idea, eager to use it!
