Shuffle not available in premium account on some artists?

I tried to listen to some Elton John but I noticed that there where no shuffle option on any of the albums.
Is this intentionally?
If so is there any way to block all artists that have chosen to disable this feature. As an artist should not dictate in what order I chose to consume their music.
And I do not accidentally want to support artist that do so.

We're constantly trying to improve the user experience within the app, so we'll be sure to pass your feedback on the matter to the right team.

The availability of the shuffle button on certain albums is not related to the artists, as this is a test from Spotify.

You can still activate the shuffle mode of the albums via the Now Playing view. More on that here.

Then revert this change, why add extra steps for a basic feature in a music player that have been there since the beginning of digital media.

The last few years the app have just become worse and worse for each new update, more bugs, worse UI, more clicks do do what one wants to do, more bothersome messages and annoyance. It's a music player, i want to to play music, not to play a "let's force the user to do extra clicks and hide basic functionality"-game.
