My Question or Issue

Hi. I just bought a year's subscription a couple of weeks ago, shifting from YouTube Music to Spotify. Unfortunately, I tried looking for Sigur Ròs, but none of their music is available. The songs or albums don't even show up in search (see attached screenshot). I'm afraid this account is of little use to me if one of my top bands aren't available for me to listen to. Is there a way to refund my subscription?

If the content you're looking for is greyed out or missing, it might be due to legal rights created by the owner of the content - record labels or the artists themselves.

Unavailable content which does not appear now, might reappear or

get added later on.

However, regarding your refund question, you can read more about it here and create an application to the support team through it if needed.
