Song from album inexplicably missing?

I was looking at the tracks on DEVO's Hardcore Vol. 2, and the 22nd track from that album, Man From the Past, is missing for some reason. And I don't mean that it's unavailable to listen to, it's not even listed. But the rest of the album is. Does anyone have any idea why it's not on Spotify?

That track is found exclusively on the Superior Viaduct re-release. The album available on spotify is not that release so that's why you don't find it. Check wikipedia to get more info about those exclusive tracks.

But the version of the album on Spotify is the Superior Viaduct rerelease. The other three tracks that are only available on the rerelease are on Spotify, so why isn't this one?
